According to the requirements of the district environmental protection bureau, the company implemented stricter standardized management of hazardous chemicals in 2015. Standardize management construction from aspects such as operation, labeling, storage, use, and disposal, standardize the management and disposal behavior of hazardous chemicals in enterprises, and strictly carry out work in accordance with standardized requirements.
1. Seriously study the regulations and systems related to the safety management and use of hazardous chemicals issued by the superior safety management department, and supervise employees to implement them based on the actual situation of the department.
2. Carefully train employees in this department to familiarize themselves with the hazards and performance of hazardous chemicals used, so that employees are familiar with the potential hazardous consequences in their work environment and precautions during operation. Only after passing the safety assessment can one start work.
3. During production and operation, the enterprise has conducted environmental impact assessment work and strictly followed the "three simultaneities" to carry out work, and has developed management systems for the entire process of storage, use, and safe disposal of hazardous chemicals.
4. In storage management, standardized and eye-catching signs have been set up in the storage warehouse, and strict management of two people and two locks has been strengthened. Rainproof and anti-seepage facilities have been constructed in the storage area. Strictly implement the hazardous chemical requisition system, with complete and detailed requisition procedures.
5. Provide protective equipment that meets national occupational health standards for employees using hazardous chemicals and ensure their correct use.
6. Supervise hazardous chemical users to operate safely in strict accordance with process specifications and work instructions. Supervise employees to strictly enforce process discipline during the use of hazardous chemicals, and refrain from neglecting safety, illegally reducing processes, and operating in violation of regulations.
7. In order to ensure the safety of hazardous chemicals during use, a unified method of immediate collection, immediate use, and immediate cleaning is adopted. It is strictly prohibited to store hazardous chemicals privately outside the hazardous chemical warehouse.
8. All records are clean, accurate, and detailed, ensuring complete procedures during the use of hazardous chemicals.
9. In order to respond to environmental emergencies, the company has developed a detailed emergency plan for the disposal of hazardous chemicals and confirmed the response and disposal procedures.
10. On the basis of developing emergency plans, emergency drills were conducted for hazardous chemical disposal organizations and emergency training was strengthened.
